The Movie:

The Joker, Penguin, Riddler and Cat Woman have devised a devilish plan to use a secret weapon to eradicate world leaders from around the globe, hoping that chaos and anarchy will rule in their wake. Will the Dynamic Duo be able to overcome insurmountable odds to stop them?
